Projects That Matter

Every building tells a story. These are ours - real spaces where people live, work, and thrive. We've spent years turning rough ideas into places that actually work, blending what was there before with what needs to happen next.

Foundry District Conversion
Heritage Restoration

Foundry District Conversion

Turned a 1920s steel foundry into 48 loft apartments without losing the grit. Kept the crane rails, exposed the trusses, and made sure you can still feel the history when you walk in.

Location: Hamilton, ON | Completed: 2023

Rosedale Passive House
Sustainable Residential

Rosedale Passive House

Zero heating bills in a Toronto winter? Yeah, it's possible. Triple-pane everything, super-insulated walls, and a heat recovery system that'd make your grandma proud.

Location: Toronto, ON | Completed: 2024

Junction Tech Hub
Commercial Architecture

Junction Tech Hub

When a startup incubator asked for "flexible workspace that doesn't feel corporate," we gave 'em exposed concrete, moveable walls, and a rooftop garden that actually gets used. LEED Gold certified, naturally.

Location: Toronto, ON | Completed: 2024

Muskoka Lake Retreat
Sustainable Residential

Muskoka Lake Retreat

Cottages don't hafta be energy hogs. This one's got geothermal heating, solar panels hidden in the roof pitch, and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the lake without frying you in summer.

Location: Muskoka, ON | Completed: 2023

Distillery Mixed-Use
Heritage Restoration

Distillery Mixed-Use

Old whiskey warehouse meets modern retail and office space. We kept every bit of original brick we could salvage, reinforced the timber beams, and slipped in modern HVAC where nobody'd see it.

Location: Toronto, ON | Completed: 2022

Queen West Streetscape
Urban Planning

Queen West Streetscape

Worked with the city to reimagine three blocks - wider sidewalks, better lighting, trees that'll actually survive, and bike lanes that make sense. It's about making streets for people, not just cars.

Location: Toronto, ON | Completed: 2023

Harbourfront Brewery
Commercial Architecture

Harbourfront Brewery

Craft brewery meets restaurant meets event space. Industrial aesthetic with reclaimed materials, open brewing floor you can see from the dining area, and acoustic design so conversations don't get drowned out.

Location: Toronto, ON | Completed: 2024

Leslieville Laneway Homes
Sustainable Residential

Leslieville Laneway Homes

Five compact homes on underused laneway lots. Each one's under 800 sq ft but feels way bigger thanks to smart layout, tons of natural light, and every inch doing double-duty. Affordable housing that doesn't look cheap.

Location: Toronto, ON | Completed: 2024

St. Lawrence Chapel Conversion
Heritage Restoration

St. Lawrence Chapel Conversion

1880s chapel turned into a seriously cool private residence. Kept the vaulted ceilings and stained glass, tucked bedrooms into a new mezzanine, and made sure the neighbors were cool with it every step of the way.

Location: Kingston, ON | Completed: 2022

Liberty Village Co-Working
Commercial Architecture

Liberty Village Co-Working

Co-working space that doesn't feel like every other one. Mix of private offices, phone booths, and communal areas. Lots of plants, natural materials, and daylight - turns out people work better when they're not in a fluorescent cave.

Location: Toronto, ON | Completed: 2023

Waterfront Park Master Plan
Urban Planning

Waterfront Park Master Plan

Master plan for 12 acres of former industrial waterfront. Native plantings, wetland restoration, accessible pathways, and spaces for everything from yoga to food trucks. Green infrastructure that handles stormwater too.

Location: Burlington, ON | Completed: 2024
